Refund Policy:

  1. If an interview does not result in an unpaid voluntary internship placement(UVIP) and TSG is not successful in finding an appropriate UVIP before the deadline, the applicant will receive a full deposit refund. The application process takes between 4-6 weeks from the time of your deposit payment to TSG. 

  2. TSG will not refund the deposit if the applicant doesn’t send their  resume within 4 weeks of the deadline they provided in their application.

  3. TSG will not refund the deposit If the applicant decides to withdraw during TSG’s search process without a valid reason. (Illness, bereavement etc..)  This will be determined by TSG.

  4.  TSG will not refund any service fees after they have been paid. Unless the internship was terminated by TSG.

  5. TSG will not refund the deposit if the applicant finds an internship on their own.

  6.  TSG will not refund the deposit if the applicant doesn’t reply to TSG’s email in regards to the application within 7 days of receiving it, since this may delay the internship search process.

  7. TSG will not refund the deposit if the applicant declines an offer that matches the requirements and/or restrictions disclosed in the application.

  8. TSG will not refund the deposit if the applicant doesn’t  provide proof from his/her academic institution that the Internship TSG arranged for him/her does not meet the academic institution’s requirements.

  9.  TSG will not refund the deposit if the application contained false or misleading information.

  10. TSG will not refund a deposit if interviews have been set up for the candidate and the candidate decides withdraw their application.

  11. Refunds to credit/debit cards usually takes 2-5 business days, however it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
